Austin indie rockers White Denim made a trip out to Los Angeles to perform "Cheer Up/Blues Ending" and "All Night In Dreams" from their latest album Corsicana Lemonade, which they released yesterday. Last week, they posted a free stream of the entire album.

KCRW, a public radio station in LA, bills itself "as one of the most respected and progressive music outlets in the world," which makes it a good fit for White Denim, whose music is an eclectic mix of blues, psychedelic, indie, and Southern rock. The band's performance demonstrates just how intriguing their sound can be. Starting out with brisk, clipped guitar riffs, "Cheer Up/Blues Ending" morphs into a roaring blues attack before fraying out into spacey guitar and drum solos. "All Night In Dreams" finds the band churning out a brash, fast-paced groove topped off with some frantic soloing. Give them a listen in the videos above.

White Denim will play a show in LA tonight with Tame Impala, and then another show in San Francisco with Tame Impala and The Flaming Lips on Halloween. After that, they will embark on a European tour stretching through the end of November. You can peruse their full schedule on the band's official website.
