Grammy-winning "progressive bluegrass" band Nickel Creek have just begun streaming A Dotted Line, their sixth album, on Spotify. Listen above.
A Dotted Line is Nickel Creek's first album since they went on hiatus in 2007. It was produced by Eric Valentine, who also produced the band's last album, 2005's Why Should the Fire Die?. Among its ten tracks, there are two covers: one of Mother Mother's "Hayloft" and and the other of Sam Phillips' "Where is Love Now." The April 1st release of the album will coincide with the 25th anniversary of Nickel Creek's formation, and the start of a reunion tour. For more info on dates and tickets, check out the band's official website.
