Neil Young has toured with a variety of different bands and lineups in his career including Crazy Horse, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, The Stray Gators, The Stills-Young Band, The Shocking Pinks, Pearl Jam, and Booker T. & the M.G.'s. Today, the legendary rocker announced the Rebel Content Tour with Promise of the Real, a band that includes Willie Nelson's sons Lukas and Micah. The tour will be in conjunction with a studio album titled The Monsanto Years featuring Promise of the Real that will be out June 16.
The tour will begin at Milwaukee's Summerfest on July 5 and wrap up July 24 at WayHome Music & Art Festival, with notable stops at Red Rocks and Bethel Woods. Band Of Horses and Puss N Boots (featuring Norah Jones) will open select dates.
