Musical genius and all-around great guy Chris Brown is once again facing legal trouble that he in no way could possibly deserve. This time, Sha'keir Duarte is suing Brown because he claims to have suffered a concussion, humiliation, and mental anguish all from an alleged brawl between Brown, Frank Ocean, and their respective entourages.

The simple misunderstanding occurred in January, when Brown and Ocean had a minor disagreement outside of a Los Angeles recording studio. Though Brown clearly tried to settle the squabble with words, he was once again forced to defend himself from attackers and a fight ensued. Afterwards, Brown's busy schedule forced him to leave the scene of the fight before police could hear his side, which meant that Ocean could slander the good-willed Brown, who was definitely on his way to build a home for orphans.

Brown's lawyer has called the lawsuit "garbage" and plans to countersue to drop the case. This is the only logical step for Brown, who has never done anything wrong before.

The perennially misunderstood song-and-dance man is currently also facing completely unfounded charges stemming from a hit-and-run in May. Surely if a man as wealthy, kind, and considerate of others as Chris Brown had hit a car, he would have stopped to check for injuries and given his insurance information. He's just that kind of guy.

The legal troubles are further damaging the angel-of-a-man's reputation due to the fact that he is still on probation for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. But as anyone with any sense can tell, this was yet another misunderstanding due to his passionate nature, and clearly he didn't mean it.

Furthermore, Brown has stated that his upcoming album, X, will be his last. His retirement from music will leave a gaping hole in our hearts and minds.

We will miss his glowing intellect, wit, general human decency, and most of all, his humility.
