"Numb" - Nick Jonas ft Angel Haze [YouTube Audio Stream + Lyrics]

With only one month until his self-titled album drops, Nick Jonas is steadily climbing the music charts, this time without his brothers. In contrast to the fun track "Jealous" that's all over the radio, Jonas' latest song, "Numb," takes on a heavier tone. Don't worry, though, it's just as catchy. Listen above, via YouTube.

With the help of Brooklyn rapper Angel Haze, Jonas takes listeners on a tried and true journey through heartbreak. The track features a heavy, hip-hop-influenced bassline, add in some sultry vocals and the former Jonas Brother is comparable to some of today's R&B crooners. I'm sure millions of girls once swooned over a pre-teen Nick Jonas, but this new brooding Jonas seems to be an entirely different (and hot) person to swoon over.
