Today, TOPS released a music video for their song "Outside," a track from their recently released LP, Picture You Smiling.
The Fantavious Fritz-directed video is divided into two separate frames playing simultaneously. The dual images center on lead singer Jane Penny as she dances around a dark room of fog and tinted lights. The combination of all these basic techniques add to the dream-like atmosphere of the song. Overall, "Outside" will leave you entranced.
