The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach has shared with us a trippy music video for "Outta My Mind," a track from their new release, Yours, Dreamily. Watch it above.
The vintage-feel video bears a slight resemblance to Black Sabbath's original music video for "Paranoid" with psychedelic colors and trippy visuals shown in the background. The band also throws a little humor in as they include a clip of a person using a racial slur and a reference to the Meek Mill / Drake drama. There is a shirtless man standing behind the band; don't ask us what his deal is.
The uptempo track contains a strong bottom end with reverb drenched guitar riffs. Sound effects swirl in the background, and a fuzzed out guitar solo gives "Outta My Mind" a drippy, late '60s psychedelic feel.
The band has also shared music videos for "Put a Flower in Your Pocket."
Yours, Dreamily is available on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3). You can also stream the full album and read our review here on Zumic.
