Legendary no wave band Swans have released their new track called "Oxygen," off of their upcoming album, To Be Kind, out May 13th through Young God/Mute Records.

The track is an eight-minute noise-jam with a throbbing guitar riff that loops throughout. Frontman Michael Gira's primal screams seem to ignore the song's groove. More and more layers of noise are piled on top like cars crashing into each other as the track progresses. Halfway through the song, the band synchronizes in pounding staccato notes as Gira demands "Feed me now." For anyone unfamiliar with the band, this track may sound like alienating noise. For Swans fans, this song will surly excite you for their upcoming release.

To Be Kind will feature special guests such as Cold Specks, Little Annie, Bill Rieflin and Annie Clark of St. Vincent. For more information, head over to Swans' official website.
