Sir Paul McCartney paid a visit to the The Colbert Report last night as he headed out of NYC for his headlining gig at Bonnaroo this weekend. Promoting the reissue of the Wings' classic Wings Over America, he spoke to Colbert about the rough early days of Wings, the evolution of the Beatles' sound and attempting to stay humble after having 71 Top Ten hits. Colbert even got the legend to sing a chorus of "Cheek to Cheek" with him after McCartney listed it as a tune that he wished he had written.

After the interview Sir Paul played a 5 song set with his band, drawing from Beatles and Wings material. Here is the set list with start time in the episode:

22:11 - "I've Just Seen A Face"
28:43 - "Hi, Hi, Hi"
32:30 - "Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite"
35:11 - "Listen To What The Man Said"
39:35 - "Lady Madonna"

McCartney and his band also played "Birthday" as a web exclusive which you can watch below.
