After rumors spread like wildfire yesterday, Phish have announced that they are returning to Madison Square Garden in New York City for a New Year's Eve run. They are scheduled to play at "the world's most famous arena" four nights in a row, from December 30, 2015 to January 2, 2016. This will be the 9th time Phish has rung in the new year at MSG, going back to 1995.

WHEN DO PHISH 2015-2016 MSG NYE TICKETS GO ON SALE AND WHAT'S UP WITH THE LOTTERY?
An online ticket request period is currently underway. The limited time offer will end September 28, 2015 and emails will be sent out by October 1st notifying people if they won or lost in the lottery system. You'll be able to request upto 4 tickets per show, which cost $70 plus a $6-7 service fee and $11.50 delivery within the USA. The tickets for December 31st cost a little extra because that show will run well past midnight, but it will be one hell of a party!
Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning October 2, 2015 via Ticketmaster or by phone at (866) 858-0008. Any remaining tickets may be purchased at MSG's box office beginning Monday, October 14, 2015.
