R. Kelly's Trapped in the Closet might be insane, foolish, absolutely brilliant, or a combination of the three, but regardless, it's coming back with new chapters in 2014.

IFC has just announced that Kelly's epic rap opera is returning to the network, first airing all 33 previous episodes and then debuting brand new material, featuring many familiar characters with "more secrets, infidelity and unyielding passion to save their relationships."

"R. Kelly is an enormously talented artist and his creativity is on full display in Trapped in the Closet," said IFC president Jennifer Caserta. "We are fortunate to be his partner in this one-of-a-kind project that has captivated viewers and can’t wait to bring the next chapters of Trapped to IFC."

If you are uninitiated in the world of the Closet, IFC is airing a Trapped in the Closet marathon on December 7th, at 5:15 PM EST. You can also stream the previous 3 seasons right now on IFC's official website.

Kelly's newest record Black Panties is dropping December 10th, but you can stream it in advance right here at Zumic. For more news, music, and tour dates, check out his Zumic artist page.
