New York Hardcore legends Sick Of It All just released a new music video for the song "Road Less Traveled" off of their 10th studio album, Last Act Of Defiance.
The video, directed by documentarian Drew Stone (All Ages: The Boston Hardcore Film), is filmed in one take and has only one camera angle. Throughout the music video, the film crew is seen coming in and out of frame to work on the making of the video itself. Guitarist Pete Koller even takes a moment for hair and makeup to do some quick touch-ups right in the middle of shooting. By the end, a swarm of fans joins the boys from Queens to help finish out the song.
The track is a reflection of the band's career, and where their journey through the world of hardcore music has brought them. Bass player Craig Setari and drummer Armand Majidi spoke with Century Media Records about the new album, and had this to say about "Road Less Traveled:" "It’s about the fortune we’ve had to be able to play music for fun and enjoyment, and to actually, in our adult lives, still be doing it...We have been very lucky people."
