Pop-punk princess Avril Lavigne performed two songs off of her upcoming self-titled album on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. She started off with "Rock N Roll," beginning the song sitting on a jeep with some backup dancers and what can only be described as a bearshark. It's a bear with a shark's face and fin. Lavigne then gets up onto the stage where the rest of the band to join in on the hedonistic song.
Lavigne and the band then launch into "Here's to Never Growing Up," which is more of a soft rock anthem, though no less about partying hard and being young. Also, the bearshark makes its return, this time holding a boombox. It's gotta be hard to hold that thing without any fingers.
Lavigne's fifth studio album, Avril Lavigne, will be released on November 5. You can pre-order it on iTunes.
