Rapper Redman has just dropped a new track titled "Rockin Wit Marley Marl," off his highly anticipated mixtape, Muddy Waters 2: The Preload, set to be released spring of 2015.
Collaborating with hip hop legend DJ Marley Marl, the song takes us back to Doug E. Fresh and The Get Fresh Crew's 1980s classic "The Show." Redman raps over the beat with new lyrics, giving tribute to the producer, his hometown of Newark, NJ, and his habit of rolling blunts. "Funk Doctor Spot," one of Redman's many AKAs, wants listeners to know that, "Y'all can laugh and snicker all day, but you're gonna find out I'm not me when I'm hungry."
