While many 16-year-olds girls are excited about prom, 16-year-old New Zealander Ella Yelich-O'Connor better known as Lorde is taking over music with her single "Royals." Lifted from her EP The Love Club, "Royals" has reached #1 on iTunes and Billboard's Rock Airplay charts.
With stellar vocals and lyrical content that's refreshingly real, it's no surprise that audiences all over have embraced Lorde. She an artist and a breath of fresh air in a flood of carefully crafted images and sing along songs.
