Last month, Shelia E. delivered an energetic set at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in the heart of New York City's Times Square. Backed by a five-piece band and backup vocalists, Sheila E. sang and bounced around between various instruments including drums, bass, guitar, and of course percussion.
Over the course of the night, the band spoon fed a hungry crowd with elements of samba, funk, hip hop and jazz. Their enthusiasm was infectious, as scorching renditions of Prince classics and a crowd stirring encore proved that Sheila E. still leads "A Glamorous Life." Check out more photos below.
