British indie pop producer Jamie xx has just released a rather thought and emotion provoking music video for his latest single, "Sleep Sound." According to the Nowness, Jamie xx's concept of the video came from an encounter artist and poet Sofia Mattioli previously had. She said:

“I was on a train listening to music, getting deep into it, and this girl started staring at me...After a while I took my headphones off and she came up to me, started signing and then wrote me a note to say that she was deaf but could almost feel the music by my movement."

In the video, Sofia is dancing with 13 members of the Manchester Deaf Centre. Even though they are deaf, the members danced to the vibrations in the air given off by the music, as well as to Sofia's movements.

"Sleep Sound" will be released as a vinyl single on May 5th, 2014. On the other side is the song "Girl." You can pre-order the vinyl on Jamie xx's official website.
