Breaking Bad ended almost a year ago, but we finally have a new drama to fulfill that void. The fascinating saga of the family drama going on between Solange, Beyoncé, and Jay Z has everything: mystery, violence, love, betrayal, tears, and passive aggression. Amidst all the turmoil, the three of them have continued to make small gestures that display a show of familial unity.

Monday May 5:

Beyoncé, Jay Z, and Solange have a blast at the Met Gala.

Wednesday May 7:

Or did they? Like an angsty teenager, Beyoncé posts this cryptic message on Instagram days after the event.

Saturday May 10:

Solange performs at Webster Hall with M.I.A. as part of Vulture Festival. She played a 10-song set, and Brooklyn Vegan has photos of her looking to be enjoying herself amongst a sold out crowd.

Sunday May 11:

Jay and Beyoncé enjoy dinner at Roberta's in Bushwick. Or did they? Gawker received a tip that Beyoncé may have "stormed out" of the restaurant, though they seem happy in the below photo and a Roberta's employee claims to know nothing.

Monday May 12:

Footage surfaces of Solange attacking Jay Z in an elevator at The Standard Hotel in NYC after the Met Ball. Later that night trying to unfazed by the news, Beyoncé and Jay Z put on some painfully awkward smiles at the Nets game.

Tuesday May 13:

This looked like a day when sisterly bonds were broken, when it was falsely reported that Solange apparently purged all traces of Beyoncé from her Instagram feed, except for one:

However, these reports were found to be false, as it seems that Solange never posted very often about her sister anyway. A quick look through her feed shows several other shots of Beyoncé, contradicting reports that only one photo was left behind.

Later that day, Solange and Jay Z were seen shopping for jewelry at Mr. Flawless on Tuesday, most likely as a show of unity.

Wednesday May 14:

In a very zen approach, Beyoncé posted several older photos of her and Solange looking happy together, and even one of her and Rihanna at the Met Ball. It looks like the family is trying their best to show their support and solidarity to each other.

The NY Daily News reports that the main cause of the fight was Jay Z's desire to attend Rihanna's Met Ball after party without Beyoncé. Apparently, Solange and Jay were already on edge with each other a few minutes before the fight, when Solange's non-famous friends tried to crash the Met Ball by using Jay's name. Irritated, Jay told Solange, "don’t use my name."

Jay expressed desire to attend Rihanna's Met Ball after party without his wife later when the trio got into the elevator. Sources claim that Solange asked her brother-in-law, "Why can’t you go home?" before turning to her sister asking her, "Why does your husband need to go to the club right now?" Jay shot back, "You’re one to talk," which is apparently what set Solange off into a rage. All this is unconfirmed though, and the Knowles sisters and Jay Z have not publicly commented on any of the events. Stay tuned to Zumic, as we are following the situation and will post more developments as they come to us.
