From their upcoming album Crawling Up The Stairs, Pure X have shared the song "Someone Else." The Austin trio is sounding a little less drowned out and atmospheric than usual with chokingly emotional vocals that remind me of Cass McCombs.
The song is made available for free download at Stereogum. Crawling Up The Stairs is set to be released on May 14th via Acéphale.
