David Bowie has shared the music video for “Sue (Or in a Season of Crime),” which will be included on his upcoming anthology, Nothing Has Changed. The video was filmed in New York and London, and directed Tim Hingston and Jimmy King. Watch it above via YouTube.
The clip for the horn driven jazz piece features a mysterious figure walking around in an empty warehouse with the song's lyrics randomly displayed on walls. In the film noir styled video, we also see clips of David Bowie singing the song in a recording studio while musicians from the Maria Schneider Orchestra are also shown. Overall, it's an interesting piece from one of rock's most creative performers.
“Sue (Or in a Season of Crime)” is the first track on Bowie’s upcoming Nothing Has Changed, a three-disc compilation record which will feature material from throughout his career. The massive album will be out November 18th. It is available for pre-order via Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3) and iTunes.
