Parquet Courts have just released a music video for their single "Sunbathing Animals." It seems like the Brooklyn boys wanted to keep it literal as possible. Lead singer Andrew Savage directed the video of his house cat Frida. For what seems to be the longest three minutes, the cat goes back and forth to the window, rolls around in catnip and claws at the couch. Savage finally makes an appearance in the last 17 seconds and is seen simply rocking out in the mirror with his brush.
You can purchase "Sunbathing Animal" as a 7″ single, on Record Store Day on April 19th. Sunbathing Animal, their third album, is set to be released on June 3rd, 2014 and is available to pre-order via iTunes.
