"The Dark" - Thrice [YouTube Lyric Video]

Thrice has shared a lyric video for "The Dark," a track from their upcoming album Palms. Watch it above on YouTube.

Lyrically, "The Dark" is a call for people to be proactive about overcoming their challenges. Slow strumming and heavy drums build a suspenseful vibe before vocalist Dustin Kensrue's vocals slide in. Thick bass joins the mix as the song swells into a heavier sound for the chorus. The black-and-white video flashes the lyrics on the screen as it offers fans a behind-the-scenes look of the group working in the recording studio mixed with live performances.
