"The Line," from Atlanta-based Mood Rings' upcoming debut album, is a throwback to the synthpop of the 80s, which seems to be more and more common lately. The vocals are almost entirely whispered, which can be a bit strange after a while. But hey, you can dance a little bit to it, so give it a shot.
