Brooklyn's Parquet Courts released a new song as a part of the Less Artists More Condos split series. Their split includes a song by them and one by fellow Brooklyn band Future Punx. Listen to "This Is Happening Now" above.

The song is divided into two distinct parts that alternate with each verse. It starts with a slower, Pavement-style riff and bouncy, talk-sung vocals. However, the next part of the track switches into overdrive with rapid-fire singing and '80s hardcore punk-influenced instrumentals. The tune reverts back to the original tempo one more time before ending with a vocal freakout of the line, "Ceaseless movement all around, this is happening, happening now."

The split is out now on the Famous Class Records Bandcamp. All digital proceeds from the record go to the Ariel Panero Memorial Fund at VH1 Save The Music, a fund that helps restore music programs in public schools.
