On last night’s Late Show with David Letterman, Creedence Clearwater Revival's John Fogerty performed a medley of three classic CCR tunes, "Travelin' Band," "Proud Mary," and "Fortunate Son." Watch his performance above.

Before the band kicks into the music, Letterman begins by commenting that, "Over the years we've had such tremendous music, and no greater than tonight." With a matching blue combo of guitar, shirt, and bandana, Fogerty leads his band through a upbeat, roaring version of "Travelin' Band." Drummer Kenny Aronoff segues the group into an abbreviated version of "Proud Mary" before finishing strong with a rocking "Fortunate Son" that shows Fogerty hasn't lost the intensity in his singing.

Fogerty's book, Fortunate Son: My Life, My Music, will be available on October 6, 2015. You can pre-order it on Amazon (Hardcover, Kindle).

He will also be heading out on tour beginning in May performing the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival. For more information about that, as well as his latest music and news, check out his Zumic artist page.
