Greg Ginn, founder of legendary punk band Black Flag, has announced a reunion show at this year's Hevy Fest in the UK, August 2th - August 5th. He will be joined by vocalist Ron Reyes, who sang from 1979 to 1980, and drummer Julio Roberto "Robo" Valverde Valencia.
As if that weren't enough good news for rockers, a second incarnation of the band has been announced, booked for two European festivals and this year's Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas. Known simply as FLAG, and fronted by original Black Flag vocalist Keith Morris, this lineup consists of All and Descendents guitarist Stephen Egerton, Chuck Dukowski on bass, and Bill Stevenson on drums. They're scheduled to play Monster Bash in Germany (April 26th and 27th) and Groezrock Festival in Belgium (April 28th), in addition to Punk Rock Bowling (May 24th - May 27th) alongside Devo and Bad Religion.
