Tyler, The Creator got wild at Governors Ball on Sunday, June 8th.
Tyler was joined by other Odd Future members Taco, Jasper Dolphin and Earl Sweatshirt, opening with "Jamba." Though Tyler performed mostly from his latest album, Wolf, he touched upon each of his other solo albums and OFWGKTA compilations. He made the most of having three other OF members on stage with them by performing "Oldie," "Orange Juice," and "Bitch Suck Dick," all of which had guest verses from the members on stage. Jasper Dolphin even busted out in his comedic, amateur verse from "Oldie." Though his first line is "Hey, it's Jasper, not even a rapper," he still got the entire audience to rap along.
Tyler performed the crowd favorites "Yonkers," "Tron Cat," and "Ifhy." For his last song, Tyler got the crowd going nuts, telling them to scream and mosh as the bass drooped on "Tamale."
During the performance, a bra was thrown on stage. Of course, Tyler picked it up, put it on over his golf shirt, and continued to rap. Tyler displayed his hilarious antics throughout the show. Since the performance was the same day as the Puerto Rican Day parade, he asked the audience "Who here is Puerto Rican?" then yelled back at them that they aren't, because they looked white to him. He even looked at the photographers in the pit, telling them that their pictures suck. Check out the pictures below and judge for yourself.
