Political supergroup Prophets of Rage have shared a Michael Moore-directed music video for "Unfuck the World," a track from their upcoming self-titled album, which will be their first full-length LP following last year's EP called The Party's Over.
Moore, who is best known for eye-opening documentary films like Bowling for Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11, shared some comments about the video in a press release:
I am thrilled to once again be working with my old friends and comrades in the struggle for a just world... Prophets Of Rage is the right band, saying the right shit, at this very critical moment. This music video is our collective battle cry against those who seek to harm the innocent and the powerless. I am proud to have directed this video and I ask all who see it do their part to unfuck this world. ALL HANDS ON DECK!
The hard-hitting song is supported with a video showing clips of the band performing and topics that dominate today's headlines. World leaders, the food industry, police brutality, celebrities, and other subjects are highlighted, while the classic Rage Against The Machine sound provides strong support for Chuck D and B Real's vocals.
Prophets of Rage is scheduled to be released on September 15, 2017 through Fantasy Records. Pick it up on Amazon.
