Rapper Vanilla Ice, born Robert Van Winkle, has been booked to play this Sunday's NFL game between the Houston Texans and the Tennessee Titans. Seriously.
The rapper-turned-reality TV handyman is slated to perform during the halftime show on Sunday for the Texans' "Liberty White Out" festivities, during which fans are encouraged to wear all white. The significance of a "White Out" is unclear, but event promotors can count on Van Winkle to deliver.
The NFL team has released this promotional video which prominently features Ice's hit song "Ice Ice Baby." No word yet what other songs he'll be performing, as they are yet to be written.
