MTV, VH1, and CMT have come together to host a 24-hour music festival called "Live Music Day Festival", and recently announced the performers.

The world's largest online/mobile festival will feature over 50 artists and take place in affiliation with Viacom's O Music Awards on June 19th. The artists will range musically from country, R&B, pop, indie, hip-hop, rock, and EDM. Ashley Monroe (from the Pistol Annies), Hanson, Atlas Genius, Gavin DeGraw, Kate Nash, and Labrinth are a few of the many acts that will be performing.

Viacom's O Music Awards focus on the digital music market with award categories such as 'Best Artist Instagram' and 'Too Much Ass for TV'.

Be sure to tune in to watch the OMA's and 'Live Music Day Festival', both hosted by comedians Randy and Jason Sklar, June 19th at 7 p.m. ET and 4 p.m. PT!
