Rock and roll icon Neil Young has shared a behind the scenes video for the song "I Want To Drive My Car." The tune is from his just-released album, Storytone. You can watch the video above on YouTube.

Not many videos nowadays are done in this format, so it's an interesting look at the making of this song. We see Neil isolated in his booth singing and playing harmonica, while the band members do their thing in the big room. Neil takes a big band approach to the Chicago-bluesy number, and the horns add a jazzy vibe. Watching the video is like sitting in on a Neil studio session, which is pretty cool even though he's left the guitar duties to Waddy Wachtel.

Neil's always loved cars, and this is his latest tribute in song form. Pick up his latest book about cars, Special Deluxe: A Memoir of Life & Cars, on Amazon.

Storytone is currently available through Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3) and iTunes.
