Vanessa Bayer is back with another hilariously awkward episode of "Sound Advice." Last week she interviewed Drake and this week she sat down with Brooklyn-based band TV On The Radio.

Bayer's character, Janessa Slater, immediately starts things off with the weird insults, assuming the band members are also full-time baristas. Then, things get even more weird and uncomfortable as Slater does an ambiguous impression of a child / mentally disabled person. The band's frontman, Tunde Adebimpe, is a good sport throughout, though. He volunteers to be Steve from 90210 (while his bandmates have trouble identifying with the show) and he even attempts to play a horrible version of a child's hand game with Slater. But Slater drops the worst bomb at 3:18. Check out the interview above to see what that is and how the band responds to Slater's ridiculously un-sound advice.
