As Nick Jonas prepares his second solo studio album, he's unleashed a string of very solid singles. Today, he's officially put "Wilderness" on YouTube (above) and Spotify as a free audio stream.
The song is a potential hit, with amped up radio-friendly production and an excellent vocal performance. Things kick off with piano and hooky vocal humming, and then we're taken on a roller coaster ride as the tension builds and releases through the three minutes and forty-six seconds. It's almost like Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" crossed with Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger" -- with really tight production and sounds that really capture the raw emotion inherent in the "Wilderness" theme. This is an exciting track, with lots of cool things happening.
