Last night's telecast of the 86th Annual Academy Awards was filled with musical performances from several of entertainment's biggest names including Pharell and U2.
The awards ceremony also featured a moving tribute honoring all of the celebrities who passed away within the past year. After a beautiful presentation featuring the names and pictures of those who died including Paul Walker, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, and Shirley Temple Black, Bette Midler took to the stage to perform her classic hit "Wind Beneath My Wings." There wasn't a dry eye in the Dolby theatre as the pop icon gave a heartfelt rendition of the tearjerking song. You can watch Midler's performance above.
