LA's Sean Guerin and Isaac Franco, known together as De Lux, have just shared a music video for "It All Works All The Time," a track from their forthcoming debut full length on Innovative Leisure.
The video is a depressing story of a cat gone wrong, set to a synth-heavy, David Byrne-influenced jam. Light, funky guitars, melancholy vocals, and diverse sounds make the 6-minute track fly by. The animated clip is equal parts Felix The Cat and Fritz The Cat, with drugs, sex, and violence throughout before the lawless protagonist reaches the last of his lives. Watch above.
Voyage will be out on Innovative Leisure April 8th and you can pre-order it on Amazon. You can also download last year's 5-song EP for free through Scion AV.
