The latest edition of The Creator's Project series of interviews with the contributors to the new Daft Punk record, Random Access Memories, features a very interesting interview with Pharrell. The robots seem to have had a very profound effect of Pharrell, as I can't recall him sounding this... cosmic about things ever before.
Pharrell explains the meaning behind the tune "Get Lucky" is more than sex (which previewed at Coachella this week), talks about taking some sort of strange pill the robots gave him upon his arrival and it's effect on him and how lucky we are that the French dance machines have not yet decided to leave earth. See? Dude gets pretty cosmic. Check out the cool interview below:
