You can't celebrate the music of James Bond without Dame Shirley Bassey. The Welsh singer, who recorded the theme songs for James Bond films Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, and Moonraker, made a special appearance last night at the 85th Academy Awards and performed "Goldfinger." The song was composed by John Barry, with lyrics written by Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for the 1964 film of the same name.
