Devendra Banhart has released the official music video for the song "Für Hildegard Von Bingen" and it's a beautiful black-and-white visual to accompany the gorgeous song from his latest album, "Mala" (which you can hear on Zumic). Worth noting, the video was released through the YouTube Channel of MOCA (The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles).
The song refers to the German Saint Hildegard of Bingen, also known as Saint Hildegard, and Sibyl of the Rhine. The video adapts the story and overarching idea to a 1970s setting where the nun ends up working as a VJ for a music television program and interviewing Klaus Nomi.
