Nashville-based band Diarrhea Planet have released a video for "Kids." Watch above.

The track is a hollowed-out ballad about rejecting the mundanity of adulthood. It's all subdued vocals and thinned guitars until the song's climax about three minutes in, where the sweltering emotion comes to a head and smacks into a wall of sound as singer Jordan Smith repeatedly screams, "We're just kids."

The video features Duncan Dickerson as a grown-up kid going through the motions. When he's finally had enough, he decides to blow off his day job and run through an alley sans clothing. We've all been there.

"Kids" is featured on their breakthrough LP, I'm Rich Beyond Your Wildest Dreams. Get it now on Amazon (Vinyl, CD, MP3) or iTunes. Watch for their next release, Aliens in the Outfield, out November 18th via Infinity Cat. The pre-order is currently sold out.
