Jay Electronica has released a new song titled "Road To Perdition." Over a beat that sounds similar to his previous collaborations with producer Just Blaze, Jay Electronica talks about his path to glory, from being in the projects to signing with Jay Z.
Speaking of Jay Z, his signature "let that bitch breathe" from The Black Album’s "Success" is present throughout the tune. However, there is no verse from Hov despite being rumored as a featured artist when Electronica's album tracklist leaked years ago.
This is Jay Electronica's first new song since last year's "Better In Tune With The Infinite," another potential single from the forever-coming LP Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn). There is still no official release date for Jay Electronica's long-awaited album.
