Eminem just released the official music video for "Rap God," a Max Headroom-inspired visual trip directed by Rich Lee. The video was timed perfectly, just days after the 26th anniversary of the Max Headroom Incident, and sees Em act out the lyrics in the tune. Check it out above.
The literal interpretations of many of the lines may get a bit tiresome, but the song is an impressive feat, especially considering the entire song was reportedly freestyled on the spot. Additionally, in one of the verses, Marshall raps an impressive 97 words in 15 seconds, lending even more credence to his "Rap God" claim.
