Atlanta's Black Lips have rolled out another track from their upcoming album Underneath The Rainbow. Preceded by "Boys in the Wood," here's "Justice After All."
When compared to the previous track's psychedelic skronk, "Justice After All" is much more traditional-sounding, with its rollicking beat backed by fuzzed-out guitar and a subtle piano line. The Lips' characteristic weirdness has been reigned in a little bit here, and that may be due to Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney's presence as a producer on some of Underneath The Rainbow's tracks. The Lips promised us a more countrified album, and "Justice After All" doesn't disappoint in that regard.
