Arizona's Andrew Jackson Jihad have just shared the lo-fi video for "Coffin Dance," a track from their recently-released fifth album, Christmas Island.
The clip -- directed by Jackson Casey and JJ Horner, and starring Eric Dowswell -- is a weird one. Filtered behind VCR tracking-style effects, the video follows a coffin and the titular dancer being dragged through a strange universe. Is it the journey to the afterlife or was he buried alive? The protagonist's journey is an odd compliment to the soft fingerpicking and wavering vocals, but it all seems to mesh together somehow. Watch above.
