Last night, Kings of Leon performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon despite their injured bandmate, Nathan Followill. The Roots' Questlove filled in for the drummer and put on a great performance with the band.

The southern-rock group performed "Family Tree," a song off their most recent album, Mechanical Bull. The tune is definitely off the beaten track of what the band has produced in the past, replacing the hard-hitting guitar riffs with a grooving bass-line. "Family Tree" may not be the hit single off the record, but its solid beat and laid-back groove will have your feet tapping along.
