Guitar wizard Joe Bonamassa has shared an official music video for "Mountain Climbing," a track from his 2016 album, Blues of Desperation. Watch it above, via his YouTube.

The deep drum groove, active basslines, and energetic guitar riffs are reminiscent of late '70s Led Zeppelin. Bonamassa has his own unique style as a songwriter and vocalist, and this song puts that on full display. The hard-driving tune is supported with a behind-the-scenes look at Joe and the band in the recording studio. Some of the musicians we get to see in action are background singers Mahalia Barnes, Jade McRae and Juanita Tippins, drummers Greg Morrow and Anton Fig, and bassist Michael Rhodes.

Blues of Desperation was released this past Friday. It is currently available on Amazon. You can also stream it and read our review here on Zumic.
