"Sound and Vision" - Beck (David Bowie Cover) [Youtube Teaser]

Alternative Rocker Beck is working on a project for Lincoln Automobiles new "Hello Again" campaign with acclaimed videographer and stage producer Chris Milk.  It will culminate in a one time performance in Los Angeles on February 10th, 2013.  We love the look and feel of this preview now available on youtube:

Beck's website has the following information:

Beck is working with Chris Milk on a special one-time performance of David Bowie’s “Sound and Vision” with an orchestra of 170 musicians. Playing on a specially constructed circular stage and working within a multi-directional sound environment, the performance will experiment with the possibilities of perspective and sound movement surrounding the audience. It will be recorded using 360º equipment and shown online February 10th.
Viewers will be able to move within the 360º environment and change the direction of the audio in real time.

An orchestra of 170 doing a David Bowie song, with special experimental effects.  How cool is that?  As we were researching this, we found this very cool fan made video with audio from the original Davie Bowie version of "Sound and Vision":
