Singer-songwriter Adele debuted the official music video for her song "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards last night. Watch above.
Through the video, Adele stands in front of a black background while multiple images of her singing and dancing are superimposed to create an assortment of psychedelic colors and movements, fitting the lyric, “We’ve gotta let go of all of our ghosts / We both know we ain’t kids no more.”
"Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" is the third single taken from Adele's album 25, which was released in late 2015. Purchase it on Amazon.
Along with the premiere of the music video, the British singer also took home the Top Artist of the Year prize at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. Adele was not able to physically accept her award because she is currently on tour, but she mentioned that, "It's lovely to be in everyone's company," in her speech.
