Phoenix played 2 songs on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night. During the televised performance, they played "The Real Thing" from their recent Bankrupt! album as confetti continuously fell from the sky:
You can see the guys smiling and taking in the moment as the confetti falls. Pretty cool moment. The song is more of a heavy hard rock tune than some of their bigger electronica-tinged hits. Check out the rhythm section going crazy in the back. Reminiscent of Nine Inch Nails.
