Two of the great bands from the New Wave movement — Elvis Costello & the Imposters and Blondie — have just announced they will be co-headlining North American tour dates this summer. The tour is scheduled to begin in July, visiting outdoor venues from coast-to-coast into August.
These two legendary acts are both in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — although technically it is Elvis Costello & The Attractions who were inducted. The Imposters are nearly the same band as The Attractions, with Pete Thomas on drums and Steve Nieve on keyboard, but the difference being Davey Faragher as the "new" bass player (since 2001).

The general public on-sale begins as early as April 6 at 10 am local time. Presales for fan club is currently underway. American Express and Citi cardmembers, Live Nation, LN Mobile App, and local venues / radio presales will follow.
The Blondie fan club presale password is CALLME. American Express cardmembers can use the promo password INGOLD and 412800 for the Citi presale, but you will need an AmEx or Citi card to complete your purchase.
