Recently Gov't Mule has been issuing official releases of unique past performances. They've done Stoned Side of the Mule (Record Store Day Release), Dark Side of the Mule, Sco-Mule and have just released a video of "Pressure Drop" in anticipation of Dub Side of the Mule.
Recorded live during their New Year's Eve 2006 performance, Warren Haynes and company were joined by legendary reggae artist Toots Hibbert along with a slew of supporting musicians, including a horn section and percussion player. The 11-piece band transformed New York City's Beacon Theatre into a tropical paradise in the dead of winter, complete with palm trees and all.
